about

Last Sunrise On Hyperion [NDAS 2014-04] was extracted from the second half of a longer track that I’d completely forgotten starting about a year earlier; the first half was intended to be a 7" on the Fourth Dimension label, but this intention was lost somewhere along the misty highways and byways of a disorganised mind. Its origins lie in the same electrical/
mechanical source recordings as were used for 'Tuberpendicular', but prior to that album being made. Incidentally, quite similar to this track, Hyperion has an unpredictable rotation that lasts around 36 days.
